The Systems Building is a retrofitted 5 storey building with sandblasted timber and brick, restored hardwood floors, new HVAC system with tenant operable climate control, new thermal windows with opening casements, a new elevator to complement the original, and a roof top deck with wifi. It's located on the west side of Spadina between Adelaide Street West and Wellington. Many nearby restaurants and an easy walk to University and Union subway stations. Parking is available behind the building. Dogs and bikes welcome.
